Exclusive access to the venue the day of your event. We host one event per day - yours! All rentals are for nine hours.

Venue Rental Fees
10-hour rental period
Monday - Thursday: $1250
Sunday: $1750
Friday: $2250
Saturday: $3150
Special Party Packages
6-hour rental period
Fridays - $1500
Sundays -$1050
Non-weddings only
All venue fees increase $625 for weddings due to increased staffing levels. Discounted rates are available for 501 C (3) nonprofit organizations.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
We offer discounts on last-minute bookings pending space availability and type/size of event.
