• Salad (choose one): (1) Factory house salad, or (2) cranberry walnut salad. Both come with balsamic and ranch dressings.
• Entrees (choose one): (1) pasta with marinara sauce, or (2) chicken and broccoli over rice.
• Artisan Flatbreads (choose three): 
• Fig & Prosciutto – with pine nuts and bleu cheese
• Mediterranean – with Kalamata olives, artichokes, tomatoes, pine nuts and feta cheese
• Mozzarella and Tomato Caprese - with oregano and fresh basil
• Greek - with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, green onions, parsley, and artichokes
• California Chicken - with mozzarella cheese, avocado, bacon, chicken, red peppers, cilantro and chipotle ranch
• Vegetarian - with peppers, onions, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms
• Mini meatballs

Notice: All event services are subject to a 15% gratuity and 8% New York Tax. Prices listed are per person, with a 40 person minimum. All bar packages include one TIPS certified bartender per 50 guests. Only participants of legal drinking age will be allowed to consume alcohol and "mocktails" will be prepared by our staff only. We reserve the right to discontinue service to anyone at any time.
