OUR POLICIES

A full list of policies and terms can be provided upon request and will be reveiwed at the time of booking.

  • All venue rentals are for a 9-hour period unless a partial-day contract is agreed upon. Set up and tear down must be completed during the predetermined rental period.


  • A nonrefundable down payment is required to secure a booking date. Final payment is due twenty days prior to the event. Payment schedules may apply for larger events.


  • A damage deposit is required for all events. The amount is dependent on the event size/type. This deposit will be refunded 14 days post-event providing there are no damages or policy violations.
  • All vendors must present valid certificates of insurance twenty days prior to the event.


  • All events must adjourn by 11:00 PM Sundays through Thursdays and by 12:00 AM Fridays and Saturdays.


  • NEW YORK STATE LIQUOR LICENSING LAWS PROHIBIT OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ANYWHERE ON THE HUDSON CANDY FACTORY PREMISES. ONLY PARTICIPANTS OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE WILL BE ALLOWED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL. "MOCKTAILS" WILL BE PREPARED BY OUR STAFF ONLY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME.
