“Micro-Wedding” Package
Micro-weddings are a trend for today’s couples. Smaller celebrations ensure an intimate and personal approach to celebrating your special day, surrounded by your closest family and friends. At the Hudson Candy Factory, we offer a custom wedding package designed to create an elegant (and affordable) event as romantic as your love story.
Our historic venue is the perfect space for a micro-wedding. Featuring exposed brick, twinkling lighting and a mix of Victorian and industrial charm, the space will feel cozy and warm while providing ample space for your ceremony, dining, and dancing the night away!
Our micro-wedding package accommodates up to 40 guests for an all-inclusive rate of
$4700.
Available Monday-Thursday. NYS sales tax of 8 percent and a team gratuity of 20 percent will be added to your total.
Ceremony space
Proclaim your vows in our loft under chandelier lights with views of the Hudson River, or on stage with white drapery backlit with fairy lights. A wooden arch draped in ivory tulle and cream flowers is included per your wishes.
Cocktail Hour
Our bountiful charcuterie display featuring selected meats, cheeses and jams, crackers, fresh vegetables and dips, pita with hummus, fresh fruit platters, and additional treats such as pickles, olives, chocolate-covered raisins, assorted nuts, etc.
Dinner
A plated dinner to include a pasta and a salad course, chicken and beef entrées, and our famous garlic mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables on the side.
Open Bar
Includes a champagne toast and two hours of open bar. An additional two hours of bar service is available on a cash basis.
Dancing
Savor your first dance and then bring the party to life using our in-house sound system and your own device and playlist. (Or, hire a DJ to help you and your loved ones celebrate!)
Décor
Leave it all to us! The Hudson Candy Factory will decorate your tables with floating candles in cylinders, votive candles (in gold or silver) and silk greenery with flowers in one of four color schemes: cream/ivory, pink/blush, cream/blue, a spring/summer wildflowers theme, or a fall theme featuring burgundy, terra cotta and cream. You select coordinating table linens from our standard catalogue. Available upgrades include flower walls, custom antique place settings, and additional décor items.
Venue Rental
This special package affords you six hours of venue rental, ample time for your ceremony and a 4-hour reception.
